This seminar was dedicated to share the experiences of reconstruction of the Brazilian semiarid, in dialogue with the daily experimentation of agroecology as retold by Ana Lira through her experiences as a photographer. The dialogues with farmers and their respective communities evoke a return to the land to rebuild the relationship to it as a healing cycle, and a way to reintegrate personal and community experiences. As a continuation of the seminar, Ana Lira worked with the No Djunta Mon, a women’s collective, and the members of Cadjigue on collective handmade bookbinding techniques, communal strategies and documentary practices.
